WORK EXPERIENCE:


Paralegal:  Owner of Judy Lynn Shields Paralegal Services, Santa Monica, CA, since 2013.

Experience with drafting Spousal Property Petitions, and Petitions to Determine Succession to transfer real property, following death.  Additional experience with asset transfer forms, Trust Amendments, adult stepparent adoptions, Answers to civil Complaints, Cross-Complaints, & Case Management Statements, discovery responses,  propounding discovery, independent physician agreements, divorce judgments, and marital settlement agreements.  Research for clients on collecting on a debt to satisfy a judgment and on protecting personal assets from business creditors.  Experience with serving as a professional witness in meetings with healthcare professionals, and property owners.
